Membership User Agreement
The
Compliance AllianceSM privacy and cookie policy
The Compliance AllianceSM website takes the privacy of
our readers very seriously.
The only information we
gather is the host or ISP name and the e-mail address
of visitors to our web site. We also collect data on
pages that readers access or visit and information
volunteered by readers, such as survey information
and/or site registrations. The information we collect
is used for internal review and is then discarded.
Unless otherwise stated, all information collected
will be solely used to improve the content of our site
and services. This data is not shared with other
organizations for commercial purposes.
The Compliance AllianceSM refund policy
All membership purchases are FINAL, NO REFUNDS WILL BE
ISSUED. By accepting the TCASM user agreement you
acknowledge that by signing up as a member you will be
entitled to all TCASM programs, forms, powerpoint
presentations and any other products TCASM makes
available to standard and professional members.
Therefore TCASM would be professionally remiss to allow
refunds. TCASM stands behind all it's products and is
happy to clear up any misunderstandings regarding
content, however refunds will not be made.
If you purchase Skills Assessment Labels and they are
damaged in any way due to workmanship of our providers
or shipping, or if you purchase Safety Request Forms
and they are not delivered in accordance with the
content submissions made by you or are otherwise
damaged due to workmanship of our providers or
shipping, then TCASM will replace the order. TCASM will
not replace orders that were produced incorrectly due
to errors made by the TCASM member or client who ordered
the products. All orders made via the internet or
e-mail will be put in production exactly as the
customer submits the order. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER
BEFORE YOU SUBMIT. Orders made via telephone will need
to be approved in writing by the TCASM member or client
before going to production. A proof will be made and
faxed or e-mailed to the customer for signature of
final approval.
