Question: What is the TCA Safety System®? TOP

Answer: The TCA Safety System® is fundamentally a Six Sigma/ISO 9000 process.  This system is based on internationally recognized quality system standards developed by TCA for the use in construction safety processes.  The TCA Safety System® has four levels of service implementation so that our system can be used by virtually any employer on any budget -- Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

Question: The Platinum Level TOP

Answer:  In the Platinum Level, TCA is the main implementation leader. Your company's natural leaders from the field become evident through the safety trends. Field operation teams ultimately drive safety. TCA works itself out of a job.

Question: The Gold Level TOP

Answer:  In the Gold Level, your company and TCA are equal partners in the first year implementation process. The balance of the system parallels Platinum with only a shift in teamwork--it is a 50/50 shared burden.

Question: The Silver Level TOP

Answer: In the Silver Level, your company is the main implementation leader. TCA handles site safety process audits, electronic trending, and quarterly safety system team building.

Question: The Bronze Level TOP

Answer:  In the Bronze Level, your company completely self-implements the system. TCA customizes your Real-Time reporting and trending tools. You use TCA's Members-Only website for additional support. TCA provides a two-day workshop on the use of the TCA INSTANT!   TCA annually verifies that the system is active and performing.
